The success story of Shubham Group is a unique example of commitment. The testament of the group has been to set new standards in the construction sector with satisfaction, trust, punctuality and reasonable prices. The efforts of Shubham Group have paid off and in the last twenty years as it has established unique dimensions of success in the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh, Indore.
Its founder and promoter, Mr Sumit Mantri is a young entrepreneur who founded Shubham Group as a builder and developer almost two decades ago, in 2001, with his father Mr. Kalyanmal Mantri who has great experience in government contractorship.
A small but ambitious start was made by constructing 8 row houses at Venkatesh Vihar colony located at Airport road, Indore. Good intentions, customer satisfaction and excellent quality yielded great returns in a very short time and very soon Shubham group touched the sales of 125 bungalows. Mr Sumit Mantri still has close relations with the residents of these bungalows. Its location was selected with such a vision that today the price of the property has given upto 20 times returns.
In 2003, Shubham Group built row houses in Sun City near Mahalaxmi nagar. In the beginning these locations seemed far away from the city but once the residents settled, Sun City got a great response and the prices increased significantly. Today, the location of this colony is recognized as prime. Shubham group also give a unique gift to some residents of the city by constructing premium bungalows and farm houses at Yashwant Niwas Road, AB Road and Vijay Nagar.
Shubham group has a distinct perspective in terms of selection of location. In 2007, by showcasing incredible vision the group built 250 premium flats as Shubh Labh Residency at Khajrana square, offering unprecedented quality. This turned out to be the first premium residential project of Khajrana area which was presented with a completely legal and well organized design. The timely start and possession of Shubh Labh residency set an excellent example for the real estate scenarios of this entire region.
In 2008, 264 flats under the name of Shubh Labh Valley were developed in Pipalyhana area which were completed in 2012. Shubh Labh Valley Township was developed for the Affordable segment and received unprecedented response which is confirmed by the number of satisfied customers. This township enriched the reputation of that region and became a successful project.
In 2011, Shubham Group, for the first time as independent promoters, completed the construction of 228 flats at Rajendranagar square under the name of Shubham Residency. Very comfortable and fully equipped two, three and four BHK flats gave new life to the real state market and became the landmark project of the area. Shubham Residency is designed with club house, community hall, gymnasium, guest room, temple, garden, generous open spaces and spacious parking.
In 2012, Shubham Group developed Shubham Greens township on 17 acres of land at Rangwasa, Cat Road, which was completed before proposed time. Through this project, the Shubham Group took a risk in the economic downturn and confidently selected an area where it was a challenge to bring a new project. In this area of absence of customers, the group once again gave proof of its working style and completed this project in just one year, which gave the resident customers immense satisfaction. Plots and Row Houses in Shubham Greens encouraged customers to settle in the locality. Facilities like well landscaped gardens, club house, swimming pool, badminton court, amphitheater, community hall and a temple have given the residents of Shubham Greens township a new kind of happiness in lifestyle.
In 2014, Shubham group started the first phase of Shubham Greens Apartments with one and two BHK affordable budget flats which got sold out almost immediately. Later in 2018 Shubham group also decided to develop the second phase of Shubham Greens Apartments which are completely developed now and ready for possession with limited units available for sale.
In 2018, 297 plots were developed on the Sonway-Pithampur road in the name of Shubham Diamond City. Famous for its time-bound development, Shubham group developed the 3 year project in a period of just 18 months and sold the property at a very economical price which is not possible for any competitor in today’s market. The development of Shubham Diamond City in a vibrant area near a prestigious educational institution like IIM can be represented as a benchmark event in the history of residential project development in Indore. The smile of the customers is a precious example of Shubham group’s success. For the first time in that region, 90% of the units have been sold in SDC with 600, 675 and 850 square feet plots – financed by leading nationalized banks.
Shubham Greens Extension, developed adjacent to Shubham greens started in 2018 and was fully developed by 2019. In this township of premium plots Shubham group introduced the theme of ‘I love Shubham’ along with beautiful gardens and gazebos. The beauty of development, proximity to the city and the desire of customers to settle in this area is the proof of success for Shubham greens extension. 30 and 40 feet wide concrete roads equipped with pavers and beautiful plot markings for every property makes the look of this project quite special.
There are some projects that are popular because of their premium location and then there are some projects which increase the popularity of the location. The commercial project in scheme 140 named The Zodiac is somewhat similar. As soon as its design was introduced, it started attracting customers to such an extent that all its units got booked on the same day.
